I'm David Nay.  

"Some people call me a space-cowboy.  Some call me a gangster of love.  Some people call me Maurice..."

but really, I'm  a Recruiter, fintech junkie, and start-up enthusiast.  

Over the past 15 years, I've been a part of several great teams and held various roles in sales and sales leadership.  Regardless of my title, I've always enjoyed wearing the recruiting hat.  

From 2017 to 2021, I worked with a recruiting agency in the payments industry, helping them grow their client base throughout the US and Europe, and placed nearly 50 high-caliber candidates for our clients.  

In 2022, I decided to take the leap into entrepreneurship, leveraging my passion for recruiting and expanding knowledge of the fintech ecosystem and launched Fintech Headhunter.  

Working with growing fintech companies and introducing them to exceptional talent is my passion.  By partnering with me, you will have a dedicated recruiting resource that will help find the perfect match for your open positions.
